1Set Your Daily & Weekly Goals

Start by setting clear intentions for your day and week. This helps create focus and prevents overwhelm.

2Select Your Focus Projects (Max 4)

Choose up to 4 projects to focus on today. This limitation is intentional - it prevents overwhelm and promotes deep work.

How to Select Projects:
  1. If no projects are selected, click "Select Projects"
  2. If projects are already chosen, click "Change Projects"
  3. A modal opens showing all your active projects
  4. Use the search bar to find specific projects quickly
  5. Click projects to select/deselect them (see checkmarks)
  6. The system shows "X/4 projects selected" at the top
  7. Click "Apply Selection" when ready

4Review, Edit & Approve Your Tasks

You're in complete control. Review each AI-generated task and decide what works for you.

Task Review Options:
✅ Approve

Click the checkmark to approve a task exactly as generated

✏️ Edit

Click the pencil icon to modify the task title or details

🗑️ Remove

Click the X to remove tasks that don't fit your needs
